Prior to that, he was the Chief Operating Officer for healthy food concept, Juice Press. He has deep experience in hospitality, operations, operational systems, finance, branding, strategy, and design & build. He also specializes in staffing, procurement and project management. Shom is an advisor to many leading Health & Wellness brands including group fitness concept Rumble (backed by Equinox), recovery concept 8 Sleep (Time Magazine Best Invention), equipment manufacturer Watson Gym Equipment, amongst others. He is also a recovering management consultant, 13 years at Navigant Consulting (purchased by Guide House for $1.1b).
