PRINCIPAL, ACCELEPRISE

Nina Stepanov is a Principal at Acceleprise, where she focuses primarily on running their top ranked B2B SaaS accelerator in NYC. The program launched under her and founding Partner, Mike Cardamone in 2018, after the ongoing success of the SF program.

Nina advises tech and consumer startups in NYC and focuses heavily on supporting female and underrepresented founders. Prior to Acceleprise, Nina was at Techstars under Jenny Fielding supporting IoT startups from around the world. Prior to her career in venture capital, she spent time at B2B SaaS giants like HubSpot and Intuit.

Nina is also on the Advisory Board of WISE, a student-run organization at her alma mater, Northeastern University, which is focused on supporting undergrad women in becoming future female founders.
