Part service strategist, business generalist, and learning & development maven, Damon spent the first stage of his career helping companies transform into bastions of experience and culture for brands such as Soho House and Batali Bastianich Hospitality Group. After his first hit of edtech producing NY’s 2016 EdTech Week Festival and launching his own edtech venture, Y2B, Damon joined Alley as VP - Strategy to lead the launch and operations of their Alley Powered by Verizon Innovation Labs across the country. Damon has transitioned from operations to innovation as Alley’s VP - Edu. Innovation, where he is furthering Alley’s mission to grow a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem through powerful educational partnerships, programming, and service innovation.
